Mental health leadership course

The Ethiopian Psychiatric Association is delighted to announce that Professor Norman Sartorius and Professor Graham Thornicroft will be running a mental health leadership course, linked to the June meeting of the African Association of Psychiatrists and Allied Professions in Addis Ababa.

The course covers a range of leadership and professional skills and is highly regarded.

 

The course is aimed at young African psychiatrists with the potential to become mental health leaders. Other young mental health leaders will also be considered.

To be eligible, you need to be an African psychiatrist/traineeat least in the second year of postgraduate psychiatry training and up to 5 years after completing your psychiatry training.

To be considered for the course, please submit your curriculum vitae and a letter of motivation to me, Charlotte Hanlon.

Travel stipends are available towards the cost of travel and subsistence. If you would like to apply for a travel stipend, please indicate the amount you require.
