The Ndinewe Foundation Mental Health Education Course is a five-month virtual program for young people between the ages of 18–30 years from Zimbabwe who are passionate about youth mental health and want to advocate for good mental health. The course has been established to empower young people to take action in the mental health space. The course focuses on mental health awareness, advocacy and project creation; addressing mental health myths, stigma and obstacles. The program modules are: -Mental health -Mental health research -Anxiety and depression -Advocacy -Project planning -Mental health safety This program will give young people an opportunity to interact with researchers and experts in the mental health space.
Applications for the course are now open (https://tinyurl.com/yc87k9cc) , and 15 young people will be selected.
Criteria: -Aged between 18-30 years -Zimbabwean -Passionate about mental health
