POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Documentation of all client-related activity, meeting requirements of the State of Minnesota Assessment of client functioning Opportunities to facilitate psycho-education groups may be available Treatment planning Collaboration with other service-providers and client family members Activities related to skill-building. This may include using your vehicle to facilitate activity.

SCHEDULE and COMPENSATION: LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LADC supervision, provided by Pathways, may be available! The schedule for the ARMHS MHPrac position is flexible. It will be determined between the MHPrac and his/her clients, with the exception of four to six hours of monthly supervision and professional meetings. Compensation for MHPracs working full time hours (minimum of 35-40 hours per week) is $21 per hour, plus incentives (up to $2.50 per hour). CONTRACT HIRING BONUS OF $2000 will be received upon completing six months of meeting contract hours and productivity requirements. This is in addition to the hourly wage and earned incentives

PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: Clinical Trainee experience may be available after 9-12 months providing ARMHS. On-line trainings that make it easy to maintain state mental health training requirements and provide free CEUs upon completion are available for Pathways' Team Members. Clinical Supervision is available for MHPracs pursuing licensure.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year experience working with a diverse population of adults, children, or youth with mental health diagnoses Experience working in a diverse, inner-city environment Bachelor or Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university

ATTITUDES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS: MULTI-LINGUAL IS A PLUS! Demonstrated knowledge of professional boundaries, ethics, and HIPAA Ability to navigate electronic health records systems Awareness of cultural considerations in mental health service provision Attitude of respect for all people Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attitude of flexibility Knowledge of mental illness diagnoses and related symptoms Interest in serving a multi-cultural population Ability to work independently Knowledge about ARMHS Knowledge and experience with treatment planning and documentation Ability to be organized and timely with documentation

Also REQUIRED: Reliable, insured car and good driving record Minimum two-year sobriety No record of felony or gross misdemeanor Laptop computer and secure mobile internet Activated professional liability insurance
