The Art of Autism is a collaborative project that creates momentum for participants. The project helps this growing population by giving them opportunities to write blogs, display their art and diverse talents. This assists in building self-esteem and opportunities for making a livelihood out of their passion. The Art of Autism inspires pride in endeavors.
The Art of Autism has produced two books of art work, poetry, and stories of autistic people; we've curated about 50 exhibits in 3 different countries, including an international art exhibit in Beijing in 2015. We've partnered with over 50 like-minded organizations. We welcome requests from organizations for art exhibits, poetry readings, self-advocacy talks, and moderation of panels which include the autistic perspective.
