DIKDIK  is an organization that relies on a wide network in Africa and Asia to promote positive mental health towards children and work on articulation between parents and children. We work with both organizations and local leaders like the Hameedat Poverty Foundation in Nigeria (Hameedat Balogun) and the ILLS in Liberia (Ousman Dorley).

Summary of relevant work:

The Hameedat Poverty Foundation is focused on improving conditions of life of underprivileged populations. One of its axis is to build water holes for rural populations.

With the Hameedat Poverty Foundation based in Lagos, Nigeria, we are developing a combined program called Health2O which is a contraction of Health and H2O (water). Wherever we build a water hole for rural communities, we set up modelized workshops for local children in mental health. It is under construction as we need to modelize the western model to the rural context.
