The Mind Aware Project

The Mind Aware Project

The Mind Aware Project is a registered trust dedicated to mental health awareness, promotion, education and fighting against stigma.

Mission statement

Our mission is to reach people one conversation at a time to make mental health challenges a common and less difficult topic to discuss and to provide access to information concerning mental health issues and wellbeing. We do this through social media platforms and various forms of communication channels.

We seek to create mental health awareness, challenge perceptions and break down the stigma attached to mental health issues. Our strategy is to engage partners and reach the corners of the nation one conversation at a time.

Summary of relevant work

The Mind Aware Project was established in November 2015. We are currently running awareness campaigns through social media presence and speaking opportunities.
