Brief Biography: 

I am currently researchin on hope, sex work and transgender people looking at the case of Hijras in India.

I am a PhD student returning to academia after many years. My last position was Associate Director for Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean at the International HIV AIDS Alliance where I worked for 11 years.I am a member of the Technical Review Panel of the Global Funds against AIDS, malaria and TB.
