Daniel Tanganyika

I am a senior mental health nurse practitioner with 14 years of working in NHS inpatient and community mental health services based in East London England. I have worked in various services from intensive care units to older adults with dementia in the community. I am currently working in integrated care services supporting other health professionals develop skills in identify mental health problems being experienced by people who have long term health problems. I also teach and raise awareness around common mental health problems to other community health professionals. I carry out assessments and support for those who have a long term health problem and are thought to be maybe experiencing mental health problems. I am hoping to share my knowledge, experiences and skills with others and also learn from others across the globe.
