Brief Biography:
Dr Dean Manley has worked and studies in the mental health sector over the last 15 years. His interests include the representation of "mental illness" in film and media, and discourses of power contributing to stigma and discrimination. His research has developed to include evaluation and research in to accepted methods of evidence in intervention efficacy, and how Big Data is influencing stigma.
