Profile I have a solid academic background in health science, specialized in public health and epidemiology. My topic of interest has been the study of substance abuse/mental health and its health and social related consequences. I have a wide experience in international development, based on developing and implementing strategies and policies in drug demand reduction and mental heath, as well as its management and monitoring/evaluation; applying research methods; and capacity building. Furthermore, I have been strengthed the dialogue between national drug agencies and development agencies.
