Degree in Social Communication (1997) and a graduate degree in Theories of Communication and Image (2007) the Federal University of Ceará. Master in Planning and Public Policy (State University of Ceará). Develops advocacy and public relations to design CBM / MSMC with funds from the European Union. It is also in the areas of audiovisual, popular communication, social marketing, pragmatics of communication, journalism and systematization of processes institucionias.
