Brief Biography:

I am a mental health therapist, advocate, and policy researcher based in United States. I am originally from Togo where I founded the mental health NGO   "Nouvelle Approche - Sante Mentale Afrique" ( NASM-AFRIQUE) in French or "New Approach - Mental Health Africa" (NAMH-AFRICA). The mission of NASM-AFRIQUE is to provide a framework for research, education, innovation, and rehabilitation in order to change mindset about mental illness in Africa. My personal vision is framed base on the fact that a public health policy should cover people in all their physical and psychological aspects to ensure the overall well-being. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The base line is the fact that there is no health without mental health.
