Brief Biography: 

Strong interest, passion, and academic background in mental health research. Graduated with honours as a Clinical Psychologist from Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador (2015). Current Global Mental Health postgraduate student in London at King's College and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Has been involved in non-profit organizations in Ecuador, treating marginalized, abandoned and abused women and children. Research interests include self harm behavior, sustainable mental health programs in Low and Middle Income countries, mental health of migrants, refugees and women, and other vulnerable populations that suffer from mental health inequalities.
