Brief Biography: 

Hold a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and 7+ years in humanitarian and development work policy review and development, Mainstreaming Gender and Safeguarding and implementing GBV, MHPSS and Child Protection programmes as well as Mental Health Practitioner in Bangladesh. Additional training and experience in Diploma in Social Science and Counseling Skills from ARLT Foundation, Mediation, Mental Health & Care Practices (MHCP), Child Clinical skills, Early childhood Development (ECD), Basic gender-based violence in an emergency (GBViE) & Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE), Applied Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE). Community-Based Psycho-social Support, Child Protection and Sexual and Gender-based Violence, Cognitive Behaviour therapy (CBT), Nero linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis (TA), Trauma Counselling, Psychological First Aid (PFA), Mental Health First Aid (MFA), Safeguarding Essentials, Partner Safeguarding, Building a Better Response ( BBR), Evaluation and Qualitative Method, Non-Violent Communication Based Counseling Skills, Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities (SFSC).
