Brief Biography: 

Judah is a Mental Health practitioner specialized in Teen & Youth Mental Health. As a depression survivor, he was fueled to form the Youth against Suicide project in 2017, through which he has been able to save over 150 lives. His experience led him to work directly with clients to improve, support, and sustain their mental well-being. He uses evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but allows space for emerging therapies and personal preferences to be able to co-create sustainable solutions with his clients. Consequently, he is an avid researcher on individual and societal mental health needs and the solutions they call for. He is adept in telehealth delivery and believes in embracing technological solutions.
