I have a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I work as a Triage Specialist at a Community Mental Health Center. I was diagnosed with Bipolar in August 2012. I have been interested in mental health for over a decade and have gained the most knowledge working through my own treatment. I love helping others and learning new tools/techniques to implement.
