Brief Biography:
My highest level of Education was Grade iii primary teacher training which was done through an inservice course from 2005-2008 at Gulu Core Primary Teachers College. Before then i had gone to Comboni College Lira for Higher Level of Education from 2000-2001 through Sir Samuel Baker School where i did Ordinary Level of Education from 1996-1999. And i begun my young age education at Agwayugi Primary School from 1988-1995 where i did my first national examination.
My first job was classroom teaching with the roles of scheming, planning and teaching, supervising children indoor and out door activities, organising children performance reports and sharing with their parents.
My second job was in a hospital seeting where i worked as community reproductive health worker: doing reproductive health education, counselling couples on family planning methods. dispensing prescribed family planning pills. This was after non formal certificate awards training course in community reproductive health worker course.
Another job was community health coordinator done with TEAMS, doing primary health care servey and plan health actions according to findings, organise reports for work done to submit to Uganda office and UK office through mails
Another is Mental Attendant at Gulu Hospital Mental Health Unit donig basic Nursing rolls in a psychaitry ward.
The most motivating is the mental health service users mentorship which came on after being daigonised with Bi-polar affective disorder and withstanding the power of MH stigma and working as role model at different levels declearing possibility of MH recovery.
