A dynamic Team Leader/ Manager with an innovative nature and ability to inspire others. Has a good track record of delivering clinical excellence to a high level. Highly motivated, energetic, and has a positive , realistic and supportive attitude. A graduate in MSc Leadership, Management and Change in Health and Social Care in England, and MSc Global Mental Health studies in Scotland. Enjoys working in partnership to improve the quality of mental health services. Involved in Research work and developing policies that aim at reducing the gap in mental health services across the world, building upon and continually improving quality, safety and experience. Passionate and aim to excel while respecting equality and diversity. A Trustee for Charity (Adventure) Links and participate in charity events in East Africa to support various charity projects in the region. Winner of "Leader of the Year" in the South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Excellence Awards 2017. Recently completed the Mental Health in Complex Emergencies - MHCE-14 with Fordham University, UNHCR and International Medical Corps.
