I have several years` experience in innovative, multi-agency, co-design and community development project initiatives and delivery in Auckland and Hamilton, Aotearoa New Zealand. I am passionate about co-designing and co-producing new and innovative, community/social development and age/culturally-responsive health, mental health, addiction, climate action and homelessness project initiatives, and the service development of such initiatives. I am also passionate about cross-sectoral, collaborative and glocal (global-local) service and system design, development and practices. I have created several social enterprises in the field of mental health, homelessness and climate action and supported a range of ‘start-ups’ via consulting and a variety of programmes.
My focus is on social change projects, particularly in housing/homelessness, mental health, addiction, climate action and social enterprises, I am keen to be invited to work with other researchers, designers, community development practitioners, councillors, architects, entrepreneurs/coaches and/or others who prefer to work in more collaborative, interdisciplinary and participatory approaches in projects.
