Brief Biography: 

Post-graduate education (MBA, MSc) and 30 years’ experience in Canada and internationally as a senior manager and educator in mental health integration in healthcare systems, finance, business education, capacity building, training, human resource development, marketing, communications, poverty reduction and public sector reform.

My active engagement with colleagues in-country ensures constructive guidance and support to capacity development in strategic planning, annual work planning, budgeting, designing participatory training & communications programs, and monitoring & evaluating results achieved.

My work in mental health, change management, banking, finance, university education and development is recognized in Canada, Jamaica, China, Ethiopia,, Thailand, Cambodia, Lao PDR and Vietnam.
