He contributed in the implementation of mhGAP (Mental Health Gap Action Programme) by World Health Organisation in the vally of Kashmir (India) in collaboration with Royal College of Psychiatrists London and Health & Medical Education Department of Jammu & Kashmir and WHO Geneva (Switzerland) via MOU sign to monitor and evaluate mental disorders at the primary care.
