Out of the Shadows: Summary Report

At the 2016 World Bank Group (WBG) and International Monetary Fund (IMF) Spring Meetings, the WBG and the World Health Organization (WHO) co-hosted a high-level event to bring mental health from the periphery to the center of the global development agenda. This two-day, high-level event featured technical panel discussions that included a mix of experts and advocates, ministers of finance and health, civil society representatives and development partners. More than 400 participants were in attendance and more than 80 panelists took part in the 11 panels held during the meeting.
