This WHO Toolkit is for the care and support of people affected by the complications associated with Zika virus with the goal of enhancing country preparedness for Zika virus outbreaks.

Guidelines with recommendations to assist women who are pregnant, or have recently had a child, and who use alcohol or drugs or who have a substance use disorder.

These guidelines recommend that people who are likely to witness an opioid overdose, including people who use opioids, and their family and friends should be given access to naloxone and training in its use so that they can respond to opioid overdose in an emergency if a medical response is not available
