UPSIDES Webinar Series: Peer Support in India

Peer support is increasingly being recognized as a best practice intervention for rights-based, recovery-oriented mental health care around the world. However, much of the evidence for peer support comes from the Global North. To share exciting progress in other parts of the world, the UPSIDES consortium in collaboration with the Mental Health Innovation Network organised a webinar series on Peer Support in the Global South.
In this webinar, Jasmine Kalha, a research fellow at the Center for Mental Health Law and Policy in Pune shares the role that peer support has played in rights-based mental health care reform in India.
